Nullifire Sc902

Nullifire SC902 is a fast-track, high-build intumescent coating designed to provide passive fire protection for structural steel. The coating expands when exposed to fire, forming an insulating char layer that protects steel structures from reaching critical temperatures and structural failure.

Developed using patented technology, SC902 is a low-VOC, single-coat system capable of delivering up to 120 minutes of fire resistance for structural steel elements including beams, columns and hollow sections.

Its fast-curing formulation allows projects to progress quickly, with the coating becoming shower-proof within one hour and achieving full fire protection performance rapidly compared with traditional multi-coat systems. SC902 can be used for both on-site and off-site steel protection across commercial and industrial construction projects.
