KEIM Exterior Paints
KEIM Exterior Paints are a range of high-performance mineral silicate coatings designed to provide long-lasting protection for masonry and mineral building surfaces. Unlike conventional acrylic paints, KEIM coatings chemically bond with the substrate through a silicate reaction, creating a durable finish that becomes part of the surface rather than forming a film on top.
The mineral composition provides exceptional resistance to UV exposure, weathering and colour fading, allowing facades to maintain their appearance for decades with minimal maintenance. These coatings are highly vapour-permeable, allowing buildings to “breathe” and helping prevent moisture build-up that can lead to blistering or peeling.
